Prompting has taken off – everyone is doing it in some way or another. But what does it mean to be a ‘Prompt Engineer’ in a company? What are the skills needed? Are there junior and senior prompt engineering roles in companies? And how do these new roles differ between traditional roles, such as Software Developer and Machine Learning Engineer?
Another focus of this project could be to investigate how prompt engineering is used in research. How do researchers use prompt engineering? What are the processes followed by researchers? What are the limitations and risks of prompt engineering in research?
